Unbeatable jango!

If it's just Jango, then you're removing his TM so that he doesn't come out of invincible status.  He has to take 2 turns to remove the damage immunity buff.  If you have a team that's removing turn meter, that ain't gonna happen.

If it's the whole team that's surviving with the bear minimum health, that is a data disk issue.  Google 'Conquest can't kill team with low health' and it will tell you all about it.

If you have a Relic 10? (you wrote Level) GL, then get out of Easy mode asap. 

I think harvestmouse1 is completely right... you either have a team that removes a lot of turn meter or you have the data disk that helps with feat completion equipped.  Furthermore, I have no GL and I only just recently got my first two R7 characters.  I can pretty easily clear Normal Mode... so you should probably switch to that.  The only thing between me and being in the Hard difficulty is a GP deficiency... if you are above 4,000,000 GP, you could probably be doing Hard mode.  Just a suggestion, though... you don't have to take it.  What you should do, though, is pay attention to harvestmouse1.
