Unexpected error occurred while linking accounts Android to Iphone

I am trying to link my Galaxy of heroes account from my android to a new iphone. I have followed all the steps to save to facebook and logging in i recieve this error. I contacted EA support and after all the steps by them i have been unable to be successful.
I have tried uninstall, reinstall, log out on both , log out on both Facebook, reset wifi, verified date and time was correct. 
Have multiple years and purchases invested and would like to keep all .
