I did, as there is no purchase number on an in game purchase like that, they said they could do nothing. A friend of mine unprompted sent me a crystal gift (since I can not afford any) in order to make it possible for me to finish conquest, if it was not for his generosity, I would probably have taken a month or two break from the game following that honestly. If anyone could be compensated or rewarded in any way for this, which I of course do not expect, let it be him. His ally code is 518-628-763
They don't care. The game has lagged out several times which caused unintended purchases and they flat out refuse to refund the crystals.
