University Purging Google account. Please help transfer

Please I beg your help!!! I dont want to lose access to my account that ive dumped a lot of time and money into. my main account is linked to a gmail through my old University. The University is giving me through July 21st to transfer anything linked to it and then it will be deleted due to a policy change by google limiting account structures. I have access to it currently I linked it to my facebook but I need help getting it linked to another google play account that is personal and not tied to a University system. I am willing to authenticate however is necessary or follow steps but I would be very upset if I lost access to my account in this manner. 324-666-365 is the account which is associated with it i can access and provide proof and I need to somehow preserve it after the college purges the account.
