Unlink account from EA account that was migrated

I migrated my EA account that was linked to star wars galaxy of heroes to a different account. I'll be happy to provide exact emails in private to an ea/cg representative.

Attempting to unlink in game results in error code 9.

I have attempted to go through EA help and they redirected me back here. As of now I cannot access the web store or the pc client since my swgoh account is still linked to a migrated account.

  • @Hakomairos1 First of all, you should not expose your playerID like that.

Secondly, you say migrating account... have you used the disconnect button somehow? Because it has a Cooldown and i assume you are facing the Cooldown right now

Did not realize player-id shouldn't be disclosed, just changed the screenshots. Thank you.

So the EA account was migrated recently (EA account migration to take games and content from Account 1 to account 2). But that was done before I used the disconnect button in SWGOH. I don't even think disconnect was an option when I did that account migration, thinking that would solve my issue.

After I migrated I couldn't access the webstore or pc client.

The app updated and then I saw the disconnect option, however I'm getting errorcode 9 when I try and disconnect it.

I'm getting the same error code 9.0. I had 2 accounts merged (literally only SWGOH was on the 2nd account) I can't unlink from EA & it's day 12 of EA Help NOT being helpful AT ALL. Someone gotta fix this. I can't access the webstore or pc client for 12 days!!!

I'm 14 days into this problem and never get anyone serious about fixing it in EA Help. They always tell me to reinstall, clear cache, restart, make sure you're on wifi, etc. As if I haven't tried ALL of that 100 times by now. I need someone at EA to UN-LINK my EA CONNECT. How do I get this done?! Everywhere says EA HELP but they don't even TRY to listen to me.

I have dealt with the same. I'm told "log out and back in", "clear cache", "uninstall and reinstall" no help. And it takes a week to get a response from a different person who recommends the same things.
