Unlinked my alt account and accidentally created new

Pretty much that, I exclusively used my alts on my pc, but i was on a trip and logged into them on my phone, which lead to linking and unlinking game center and stuff, but I get home and try to log onto an alt on my pc and it said i needed to link the account to ea, it wouldnt work 20 times so the other button was create new account, thought maybe it would let me link it from there, but now my email associated with that alt is now linked to an entirely new account. 

Surely it's not just gone, but I put in a ticket in game on my main hours ago and haven't heard anything just wondering if anyone else has done something similar and could offer insight, thanks!
