Updating Date of Birth

Me and my son played this game together, and he set up the date of birth with his age (he is a minor). However, I have taken up the account, and the date of birth registered does not match mine or the one on my EA account. I would like to be able to update it, and have tried in-game support, but even with a valid ID shown, they said there is nothing they can do. Can this be changed?
