Re: Unable to log in (Google Play)

I am writing to formally report an issue preventing me from accessing my Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes account. Each time I attempt to log in, I receive the following message:
"Connection lost. Your session has expired. Either another device has logged into this account, or it has been 24 hours since you last logged in."
This message is particularly concerning for two reasons:
I have not logged into this account on any other device.
I have attempted to log in multiple times within the past 24 hours, and this issue persists.
What is most distressing is that I have recently spent close to $500 in-game, and now I am locked out of my account with no resolution in sight. Given the investment I have made both in time and money, this situation is unacceptable and highly frustrating.
I request that this issue be investigated and resolved immediately, and that access to my account be restored as soon as possible. Please also ensure that my recent purchases are secure and have not been compromised.
