Re: Unable to log in (Google Play)

EA/Capital Games Support,

I am writing to formally report an issue preventing me from accessing my Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes account. Each time I attempt to log in, I receive the following message:

"Connection lost. Your session has expired. Either another device has logged into this account, or it has been 24 hours since you last logged in."

This message is particularly concerning for two reasons:

I have not logged into this account on any other device.

I have attempted to log in multiple times within the past 24 hours, and this issue persists.

What is most distressing is that I have recently spent close to $500 in-game, and now I am locked out of my account with no resolution in sight. Given the investment I have made both in time and money, this situation is unacceptable and highly frustrating.

I request that this issue be investigated and resolved immediately, and that access to my account be restored as soon as possible. Please also ensure that my recent purchases are secure and have not been compromised.

Please acknowledge receipt of this message and update me with next steps

    I'm having the same issue, can't log in the game, i even reinstalled the game AND it's the same, connection listo, sesión expires, please do something about it

    You're not the only one. Its been going on for 3 weeks. For some reason a new wave of people were affected starting yesterday it seems. Hopefully the increased volume will speed up their attempts at fixing. Your account is not lost. So hopefully that helps.

    I have found out it's in-between them and Google I believe,I was able to get on with the PC but not Android devices  yes having same issue

    If it works for you, don't try switching accounts. Now I'm locked into a second account and can't get out.

    Same problem here, i am not able to connect with my google play accout, for the same reason and i tried many things, even to synchro the EA and Google Account, so my complete progress gets imported to the EA account, but it didn't worked!

    EA, please fix this problem asap.

    +1 for same issue, as of this morning. Its unacceptable the devs are not addressing this or even acknowledging how many players are now kicked out of the game
