Vader's "No Escape" ability does not count Vader as "ally"

Summarize your bug Vader's "No Escape" ability does not count Vader as an "ally", therefore Vader is missing out on an additional 16 speed.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1) Use a friendly and enemy squad composition so that the fastest enemy toon is slightly slower than Vader's "No Escape" benefit, if Vader's Empire/Sith tags were taken into account. 2) Notice that the other team goes first, which indicates Vader's Empire/Sith tag is not giving him speed. I've noticed this when running zzEP, Vader, zzThrawn, ShT, and zzTarkin against a JTR, R2, BB-8, GK, Thrawn. If Vader's tags had been accounted for, he would have been faster than all enemy, but instead their toons went first.

This is inconsistent with other areas of the game, like Kylo Ren's "Lash Out" AOE, which also uses the term "ally" when talking about who is affected.  In Kylo Ren's case, he gains TM because of the "First Order allies" in the description, but in Vader's case, he does not gain speed based on the "Empire ally, Sith ally" description.  Therefore, I think Vader should be getting an additional 16 speed because of his presence in the squad.
