In Conquest, when I use 2 green vitality discs, voluntary vanguard marks my leader instead of the strongest character. When I didn't have vitality disc, bossk gets marked in jango lead BH team, JML gets marked in JKL lead team, wrecker gets marked in hunter lead BB team. This did not change when I started using 1 green vitality disc.

However, when I started using 2 green vitality discs, the mark from Voluntary Vanguard gets shifted to the leader, Jango instead of bossk, JKL instead of JML, hunter instead of wrecker, Maul instead of GL Rey. My GLs should have overwhelmingly more HP and protection than the non GLs, and vitality is supposed to boost the entire team equally, why does the mark interaction change.
