Web store currency switched to EU from US for unknown reason

I’m not running under any VPN nor have I visited Europe in my lifetime, yet for some unknown reason my Web store currency has changed from US dollars to EU currency. I’ve done the normal turn Ipad completely off, restart, and open new window and the issue still remains. I’ve also logged on PC client web store and the same issue is there.
