web store free gift bug

Hi everyone, 

For a few months now, i'm not able to purchase the free gift from the web store.

I tried to contact the support but they say I have to contact the support in game, wich is not different from the web support on android.

Nobody really knows what to do.

Is there a way to solve this ?

Am I the only one ?
