Web Store purchases not delivered (Bug)

Hi,

I purchased multiple packs from the Web Store https://store.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/ on May 5th - playing on Android platforms (tablet, phone and BlueStacks).

Items appeared in my inbox, but there was an error message pop up (invalid guild or something like that) - then the inbox got empty and items were not delivered.

I asked on EA Help Chat, they sent me to the in-game Help Chat - they told me it's a bug, cannot help, and I should ask on the forum for a Community Manager to help.

I've spent hundreds, if not thousands of euros on this game. Can you please deliver my purchase?

Since this is open from May 5th and still unresolved, and I am a high spending customer, could you please consider a commercial gesture?

Items that were not delivered are (I have proof of purchase via email):

- Maul's Relic Hoard

- Gear XII Armored bundle (x2)

- Kyrotech Salvage bundle

I would really appreciate an answer.

    Indeed, items were delivered to my inbox in-game, but the items were not delivered to my account after I "opened" the messages (I don't recall the exact terminology there, but there's usually a button to open / delete messages).

    After I attempted to open these messages, I got the error message related to "not the right guild type" or something along these lines - I didn't take a screenshot unfortunately.

    One easy check for you: I purchased the Maul's Relic Hoard pack that contain Maul's shards but my account doesn't have any shards for this character (see attached screenshot).

    This pack was 28,49 €. Is there anything you can do there?

    @WanouMars Can you reply to your case with this information? We are not handling missing purchases on AHQ.
