Webstore crashes

Question

Paid for £19.99 crystal pack. payment went out of my account cause pop up message came up saying I had be charged by swgoh webstore Swiss something. And in bank app showing the transaction went through. But webstore crashed once payment happened. So I’ve lost 😡 £20 and haven’t received 2,900 crystals from the £19.99 pack.

I have had help had 3 different people on the ea chat before chat 💬 got ended . Tried while playing swgoh via cog ⚙️ icon and help. Tried yesterday and today. Got told that it can take up to 24hrs. It’s been way over 24hrs and still nothing.
No £20 refund or 2,900 £19.99 crystals pack
