Webstore did not send Kessel Run crystals

I claimed some Kessel Run rewards during the weekend, and I claimed a 200-1,000 crystal reward and a bunch of energy. Logging back into the game, I had received my energy, sitting well over 300 when I had single digits, but I had 800 crystals before, and was still at that number. I messaged MeatHead on Discord and he said open a ticket and he had "sent it along" as well
