Webstore double charge via Paypal

I made a purchase in the Web store via PayPal. There was an error message, and reloading the page took me to a broken url.  I then received two separate notifications of charges from PayPal. One of them was for the expected amount minus tax, the other was for the expected amount including tax. The taxed transaction was successful and said “completed”, but the one without tax is stuck in “order placed”, which I assume means “pending”.
