Webstore issue not being dealt with - be carefull with webstore purchases

I am writing this thread because my issue cannot be resolved in-game via the help function. Three days ago, I purchased both the Tusken and, shortly afterwards, the Jawa LSB. The Tusken units were "delivered" without any problems. Instead of the Jawas, I only received crystals instead of the units. I tried to resolve this issue via the in-game help function, without success. The response was that the Tusken LSB had been successfully delivered (that was not my question?!?!?). As a customer who has invested several hundred pounds in this game, I simply feel cheated and will refrain from making any future purchases until further notice.
