WebStore issues
Im having an issue in the webstore where it says, "This account is not eligible to purchase reward passes". Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it?

EA QV TeamI need your ally code and info what exactly are you tying to buy? Pack/bundle name or a screenshot of the error.
my ally code is 919-812-691. I am trying to buy the episode pass+ but it says "This account is not eligible to purchase reward passes"

Most likely it is caused by the date of birth on your SWGoH account. You have a teen account and it shows up as under 18. If this is incorrect, contact support and ask them to update your DOB on your SWGoH account.
