Webstore issues

Im getting quite frustrated with EA. I've been unable to claim the coaxium unlocks in the webstore since they implemented it. I'm still able to claim my daily though. I've been all over EA help and even tried the chat. Which was a waste of time as it's a bot that doesn't answer questions and repeats the same stuff over and over. EA help doest seem to work or sends me elsewhere back and forth...I'm quite unhappy with this. Anyone have a suggestion. I'd like to just send them an email but it seems they'd rather give you the run around than let you actually contact them.
