I am unable to claim $9.99/Free pack in the webstore. Have logged out and logged back in but still get an error message saying “There was an issue accessing your account information. Sign in and place your order again.”
That’s all I see too. Must be an error. They should have just sent it out to everyone or made it a daily calendar claim that you could only get on the web store

Packs not showing at all for me. Not a surprise, nothing new, seems there are groups that get random left out.
i don't have the pack at all i do not have 7 star so i should have the pack
