Webstore Purchases Failing

When attempting to purchase items through the webstore, they aren't working. The authorization goes through, but I get a message pop up that says "Your action cannot be processed...".  I can see the authorization is successful on my card account, the order history shows the transaction failed.

If I remove my card information completely, and create a new payment type with the same card information the transaction will work for the first transaction only.  All subsequent transactions get the above error.

This has been going on for several days.  This looks to be a problem with the EA transaction processing.

    Make sure to check your purchase history, this happens to me frequently and some times purchases an expensive pack that doesnt exist and when that happens if you click restore purchase you wont be able to access your game for weeks.

    This has happened to me several times EA have offered no help nor refund (for a pack that doesnt exist tell me how that works) but just be careful if you see a charge for a pack that you didnt try purchase and isnt in the store do not hit refresh purchases your game will go into a loop and you wont be able to access the game for a very long time, if not permanently.

    I have raised this issue before and it is still happening.
