Thanks for reaching out. I've asked the team to take a look into the Dutch store but they found no issue with it. The correct currency is set and displayed. Whatever's happening for you isn't taking place on the server side. It suggests something is out of sync on the device side.
Usually, it happens because a VPN is being used, or had been used in the past. You've run through most of the troubleshooting recommendations, what remains would be to ensure fully clear the browser data stored (cookies, cache, browsing, download history, etc). Once that's done, fully close down all browsing windows (check in Task Manager to ensure it's not running in the background) and then open a fresh new window and try again.
