Can’t access the webstore for Satr Wars Galaxy of Heroes. It say to be connected with EA connect and retry but I’m already connected. I have reinstall the app, clean all the cache, restart the phone (on IOS) and nothing. Still the same error. Contact the support and no help.
I'm having the exact same issue. I've had this problem since before the updated store and my help ticket was abandoned after like 3 days of troubleshooting. It's kind of infuriating that there isn't a solution and I was just left hanging. I did all the basic troubleshooting, logging out of account, changing password, incognito mode. I've been told there is no way to unlink an account, which doesn't seem to be true. I'm at my wits end and maybe a solution will come soon.
