Webstore validation issues

I am unable to connect to the webstore. I have attempted to contact in game support and followed the troubleshoot guide here. Support in game in unable to rectify the situation and only redirects to a post here of how they are useless(?)

I have preformed the following:

Verified email.

Changed email.

Verified Password.

Changed password.

Attempted a different browser.

Attempted a different IP connection.

Attempted a different device.

Disconnected Google account from the EA account (the game still displays me as connected)

Please Assist
