We've tested this today using a full Bad Batch squad in conquest but were unable to reproduce what you've described. Can you record this as a video with sound and provide us with it, please, so that we can get a better understanding? Thanks!

@EA_HighCommandStill happening, also happens on Apple IOS devices. This also happens (rarely) when opening Bronzium packs, and as one earlier commenter noted, you can make the stuck sound loop stop by going in and opening a Bronzium pack.
