what does the stat tenacity do

I'm trying to figure out what the different skills have an effect on IE, strength, speed,defence etc.... Is there a list of skills and their effects

    Hey @jak116x

    If you go into the stats of a character it should tell you what each individual stat does:

    Tenacity is your chance to resist a debuff such as "speed".
