whats the point of the ingame chat?

"I totally get you, I'm also a gamer" - cool asked no one ever,
"I really apprecaite your feedback" - cool but in the 9 years I've been playing you've never used any of it
"have you reset your device" - na I haven't (really)
"did you happen to get a screen grab video" - sure like I video all the time I'm on the app wtaf

at this point in terms of lost credits, shards, crystals its in the 10's of thousands...

Bought a Rey GL pack last year, never got any of the stuff.. "can you send us the time and date you didn't get it" - how about now?
