When will the store issue be fixed? It's costing me crystals.

This is so frustrating in a game that's half buying stuff! I've just wasted like 640 crystals on 8 Marrok shards while trying to get the usual 4 credit shipments. I didn't even click near it but I guess in the lag it decided to scroll. This is the second time this has happened to me (both times were on PC, hasn't happened on mobile though the lag persists on both). I'm only posting here because the in game chat help were absolutely no help at all. 

Is it in any way possible to get these crystals back? I assume not but worth asking.

So frustrating!! Fix your game. PLEASE.
