Please provide the following information when you post in the thread:

- Platform:
- Date and time of the crash (please add your time zone!):
- Device logs (a guide on how to get the logs can be found HERE)
- Any additional details:
All information are on main post About JMK which you are ignoring for months and there is no other way how to contact you directly. Can you start answering or refunding people there?
Also would be great to start answering questions instead of this nontelling bulls..t which doesn’t’ help as you ignore main thread and don’t bring answers at all.

The team is aware of this bug and is investigating the issue further.
You investigating more than half year and provided nothing… no Feedback, no refund. We are still waiting for both and for solving issue
