  • Hi @masterjedimara, and sorry for the late reply.

Can you log in now and check if you are being asked for your date of birth upon launching the game? Once you put the correct date in, you should be all set.

If you have entered your date of birth incorrectly you can follow the steps under the "Spoiler" button to age up your account and gain access to the chat, name change etc.

Support will need to verify your age.

OMG, this needs to be pinned and resent to all of EA support, I just spent all of 2021 trying to get my son's account corrected, Support had zero help to offer besides wait for the client to think he became old enough!!!

@ChristophIV Only because the client NOW thinks he's old enough, regardless of when his actual birthday was. The problem we determined is that it only asked for age at the time of the initial login, 12 years old, but the automatically assigned a January birth month. He turned 13 a couple months later, Google recognized it as of properly, but SWGOH only did as of this Jan 1. As I said, Support was useless, except to tell us to delete and reinstall the client, but never told is how to also delete the local underage account info. This sort of tool would have been a godsend, kinda sickening to see it predates our issue and that Support seemingly has no clue.
