I had this issue about a year ago and support acknowledged that my account was not undereaged. I wonder where the heck support comes up with this nonsense. I had to wait 2 weeks to get any reply from support and then over the next five weeks i had 5 different people asking what the problem was and did not read the call. They did not try to solve the problem and did not come up with any kind of help. I award EA with the worst support i ever came across in any game i played over the last 30 years.
So i was fed up with the lack of support that i decided to quit the game alltogether and deleted my account.
I thought after a year that i did not want EA to destroy my pleasure so i started again. An you know what the same problem. so i tried my luck and asked for help again.
And suprise surprise no response from support whatsoever.
Maybe its just a joke and EA does not have any support.
