Wrong EA account loads in Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes

Hi everyone,

I have a major issue with my Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes accounts. I have two EA accounts. My main account is Eevan Fooly, ally code 294-273-556, and my secondary account is Bodi Gusi, ally code 929-588-939.

No matter which device I use – iPad, iPhone, or PC – the game keeps loading the Bodi Gusi account instead of my main account. My main account is correctly linked to Game Center and EA, but the accounts got mixed on EA's servers.

I have tried logging out and back into EA, reinstalling the game, logging out of Game Center, clearing cache and cookies, and using incognito mode. Nothing works. The Bodi Gusi account still loads.

I have contacted EA support multiple times over the past week on iPad, phone, and email. I only received automatic replies and the issue was closed without resolution. 

This is not a device problem. The two EA accounts are mixed up on EA's side.

Please someone help.
