Are you getting this on android or iOS?
This problem is also sometimes linked to not having enough wifi access. So trying in another room, closer to your modem, might actually work in some cases.

I have the same issue . iOS 15.5 iPhone 8. Tried complete reinstall, no change.
My account has 7.5 M GM. It worked fine over the years. I also don’t find an email support address on your webpage. So can’t do anything for now

I started getting the same message today. I’ve rebooted my iPad. Still no luck. Can’t get into the game at all.
Having the same issue as well. On both iPad and iPhone. Continuously pressing reload button with no success. Any solutions???

My wife's account has the same issue using an iPhone with the latest updates. A couple of days ago I spent 50 EUR on the Hyperdrive bundle for her and now she cant login since last night ☹️
I am getting the same thing. ANy word on a fix for this yet.?

I found a solution:
Update your IOS , my was on 15.5 now I'm on 16.0
I also logged into Game Center with my Apple ID (which I had never done).
Now it is working!

That did it!! I havent logged into gamecenter with my AppleId either. Thank You!
