About two weeks ago I applied a zeta to Clever Ruse on Disguised Clone Trooper. After a glitch I was forced to reload, at which point the ability level was reset to level 1. Can this be restored so I don’t have to apply the zeta again?
You should also have gotten mats back from customer support saying sorry for inconvenience to reapply your ability levels

Happened to me as well, odd how we got 20 zetas and 20 omicrons and we lost all of those from disguised clone trooper
I lost my Zeta as well… I hope they gonna fix that soon

This is very frustrating to me. I had no clue that anything had happened to DCT, so i applied the zetas to Leia. Maybe put a comments in the free rewards, so we know what happened? Now I have a ‘finished’ toon that once again requires zeta mats.
The same issue happened to me as well, and I have not received the zeta materials or omicron materials to get my characters Clever Ruse ability back to level 8.

I reached out to the in-game support, and they did nothing except tell me to post on this thread.
I never received the zeta mats or omicron materials back in my inbox. I had to purchase the materials AGAIN to get Clever Ruse back to Level 8.
