Zeta BB-8 Sometimes Fails to Call Ally to Assist

Summarize your bug I Zeta'd BB-8 to call a Resistance ally to assist when he attacks out of turn, however sometimes BB-8 fails to call an ally. I have noticed this both early and late in battles, sometimes when BB-8 has countered previously, sometimes not.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I made a team of Hera, Ezra, Biggs, BB-8 and R2, specifically to call BB-8 to assist very often, so he would constantly get a double attack with R2. Most of the time, this works, BB-8 successfully calls R2 to help when he assists all 3 other characters, and also when he counter attacks. But sometimes, R2 just doesn't assist. I may have noticed this happen rarely in normal teams, but with this team specifically made to assist all the time, it does not take me long to reproduce the failure. I have not noticed any pattern to the failure, though.
