“map_edit” cheat graphics not displaying (Sims 1 Legacy Collection)

Question

Hi there, I’ve noticed that the graphics that used to be there when using the map_edit cheat in Sims 1 are now missing, and it’s extremely difficult to edit what tiles of the lot have placement permission or not, it would be nice to get this fixed.

Sims Deluxe Edition (same thing applies to all versions of Sims 1 before Legacy Collection) with map_edit enabled.Same as above but with 9 tiles edited to allow object placement.Sims Legacy Collection with map_edit enabled (nothing appears to happen but the game is recognising that map_edit was enabled.)

Bumping as this issue sadly still hasn’t been fixed yet as of the February 10th build.

Same issue here except I do get a grid but it's the regular build/buy mode grid, not the one with the dots like in the first image. Honestly this is the only issue that annoys me in the Legacy Collection because I love to build custom lots. And I can't switch to the old version of the game because I never find affordable listings for the discs.
