Hi all I have installed sims legacy on my windows 11 computer and it’s a gaming computer. It installed ok when I went to run the program it’s said error and shows this message

can anyone advise me on what to do in the simplest term please
HBfootball16 Please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
It’s not working for me either. I just bought The Sims 1 via the EA app; I wanted to play the old-school version again. Now I keep getting the error message. I’ve attached the dxdiag.
X-Samm91-X Your laptop's graphics chip is below the minimum requirement for Sims 1 Legacy because it can't run the vesion of Vulkan that the game uses. There's no way around this, short of buying a new machine, so your only option here is to get a refund.
