Hot Date dine in pile up

So I’ll be at any of the lots with the option to dine in and I’ll be spending my time at the lot and I’ll notice the line gets bugged and sims start to pile up at the booking podium and it gets bigger and bigger. This makes it impossible for you to then use the dine in feature yourself cause your sim will then stand there doing nothing. You yourself don’t get stuck cause you can cancel the action but they get stuck forever till you leave the lot. Picture for reference.
