Sims 1 CD

Has anyone figured out the issue for administrator issues for the sims 1 cd double deluxe where whenever you put in the cd and download the game and then try to play it errors out with admin issues. I bought this game used about a month and a half ago and downloaded it completely fine on Windows Vista 32 Bit SP2 but I can’t play it if anyone has figured this out let me know!

    Were you able to install the game?

    If yes, have you tried right clicking the desktop shortcut and running the game as an admin?

    If not, just browse the cd contents and run the "setup.exe" instead of the normal launcher.
