Sims and Sims 2 legacy collection

This is a very late reply and might not help, but when I got the Sims and Sims 2 legacy collections I didn't have codes for the kits either and I had problem getting them show up in my Sims 4 game. If I remember correctly what helped me was to update the game in my windows admin account and then when I started Sims 4 in my windows user account the kits would show up.

Thank you for your response. I checked the emails and my Amazon order details and there was only one code per game. The sims and the sims 2. I even checked my Amazon digital library. I have been on the EA chat and Amazon chat and even called Amazon, both companies are refusing to take responsibility. once I tell EA I purchased it on Amazon they won't try to help me anymore and say I need to contact Amazon. And when I contact Amazon they tell me it's a game developer issue and I need to contact EA. I totally got scammed. Lesson learned I guess.

Please be sure to look over the email receipt you received from Amazon to be sure there wasn't a second code provided for these two kits. 

If you did not receive an extra code anywhere, you would need to contact Amazon directly to provide a replacement code or refund- any issues with purchases from Amazon would need to be handled by Amazon support.
