Sims: Legacy crashes upon opening
They said they patched, but I just tried getting in today and it's still crashing the moment I open it. Furthest I got was to the neighborhood, but when I tried creating a Sim it crashed immediately ...

After tinkering around with this for a while I think I figured it out. I was having the same issue. No neighbors showing with an empty lot and crashing. Too fix this, do the following:
Go to:
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims Legacy Collection
- Copy the folder named "UserData"
- Paste "UserData" in
C:\Users\"WhateverYourUserNameIs\Saved Games\Electronic Arts\The Sims 25
- Open Sims and it should have the neighbors and tutorial now =]
