Sims Legacy still won't open despite 2/12 update

Forgot to add that it is sims 1 legacy.EA_Solaire 

Blimey. Still suffering from the same issues. I can't find the vulkan compatibility pack nor OPEN CL & GL in the uninstall programs section. They're only viewable as .dll files. Not sure how to approach that either. On top of that the new update, again did nothing. Could you please give me guidance on how to uninstall Open CL & GL plus vulkan compatibility for Windows 10.

If you're still experiencing this issue after today's patch, please include your DxDiag and vulkaninfo report so we can continue to investigate.

To gather your vulkaninfo report, click Windows key-R, enter vulkaninfo in the run box, and wait for the scan to finish (the scroll bar should stop moving).  Click anywhere in the window and click ctrl-A to highlight all the text.  Click ctrl-C to copy.  Open Notepad and ctrl-V to paste.  Save the file as vulkaninfo [your username] , upload it to a third-party filesharing site, and send a private message to me with the link.

Please also try uninstalling the "OpenCL™, OpenGL®, and Vulkan® Compatibility Pack" if you have this currently installed to your PC.

Tried my Desktop and HP Laptop, both are still having issues still after the update. Play on the EA app. Including both DxDiags - Vulkan not on either computer. Have uninstalled opencl, opengl, and updated Windows Visuals - still no change. Thanks!

glad it's not only me still struggling but not glad this is still happening! 

tried to uninstall that stuff but it isn't (and never has been) showing on my computer. the vulkaninfo simply does not run, it just says "windows cannot find 'vulkaninfo'. make sure you have typed the name correctly and then try again" which naturally, i have. 

playing (or not) through EA app. I'm still getting the vulkan error.

The game still crashes for me when I try to open it. I don't have vulkan, but I attached my DxDiag file. 

I have a Microsoft Surface Laptop with a Snapdragon X Elite 12 CPU and Qualcomm Adreno GPU.

I am still experiencing this error after the 2/12/25 update. My computer is unable to find any information regarding vulkan. See my DxDiag attached. 

My game just completely crashes when I click on my house from the neighbourhood screen. Has done since last Friday :( Today's update hasn't changed anything.
