can someone please HELP/ its been so long and i still cannot even load the game without getting the "the game was unable to find a suitable vulkan device on this machine" message. No i dont have the openCL and Open Gl and Vulkan installed on my machine to send to anyone to fix. but i have attached my dxdiag info.

Your video card is integrated into your CPU which is an Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2120.
It was released in 2011 and does not support Vulkan, which is the graphics API they chose.
Sadly, the Sims Legacy Collection is not compatible with your computer since it doesn't meet the minimum requirements.
Do note that TS2 Legacy Collection does not use Vulkan and will probably run fine.
so is my computer to old to run it? Sorry im not great with computer lingo. If it wont run ever im going to have to ask for a refund 😭 wish they accommodated for everyone
