Still missing burglar
Even after todays patch ..still not seeing a burglar on my lots... still hearing the tone and music and still switches to slow 1 speed but not on any of my lots.

sometimes the burglar shows and leaves. that's always been part of the game. the racoon will also do this. i've gotten burglars multiple times without working in the crime career. if your items aren't high enough value, they just leave.
