Sims will not launch
I purchased the Sims + The Sims packs and have been unable to launch the game. Says it cannot locate a suitable Vulcan device and to update graphic drivers. How would I do this? I play on pc

What are the specifications of the system are you using? And if so, what graphics driver do you use?

masmabdu Please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
