The Sims 1 All Neighborhood music not working.

The sounds in the game are working fine no issue. Only one time out of many I started the game and at the neighborhood screen, I could barely hear some part of the music playing for 3 seconds then it went down silent. everything else works fine. Just the music in the Neighborhood screen and Vacation etc all of them are completely not functioning.

Actually most of the game SFX work fine even the EA intro, the Sims complete collection intro, Buy mode, Build mode, but the only thing is the Neighborhood menus screens, there is no music whether neighborhood or Vacation etc. I also one time started the game and the neighborhood screen played a part for 3 seconds of the music then it went down and stopped.

The Buy mode music works fine, but the only thing is the neighborhood screen does not play any music just sound in the background.

Are you able to hear SFX in the game or is it completely silent?

Thanks for your response! I checked my audio configuration, and it says Stereo, not 5.1 surround sound. Let me know if there's anything else I should check or try?

Do you have any special kind of audio device (5.1 surround instead of stereo, for example)?

I'm wondering if anyone got this same issue, I noticed my Neighborhood screen no music plays not even when you click Superstar or Vacation. I think it has to do with the version in my region KSA, when I check Youtube other players from other regions the music is functioning normal. I really wish the music would be fixed because it was one of my favorite parts of The Sims 1 Complete collection. 

I checked all neighborhood menus Vacation, Superstar, Downtown, and the Main neighborhood screen no music is playing not functioning as it should. 

Please, fix this issue. I'm really happy to have owned The Sims and The Sims 2 on the EA launcher.
