The Sims 1 All Neighborhood music not working.

Hello, I've been playing The Sims Legacy collection, and the neighborhood music is not playing at all nor is the vacation, downtown and superstar etc is not playing when going to each in the Neighbor...

May these dumb regional differences for Neighborhood music cause the problem? Try setting the game language to USEnglish
