I literally just bought the game with my own adult money and the game loads and runs okay...minus the house. I moved in a new family and I can see them just fine, but it's the house I can't see. It doesn't seem to load the interactive items or house at all 😭
Any advice on what to do?

Please include a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
