The Sims Complete Collection Issues

I'm trying to run it on Windows 10 but I've been changing the compatibility mode. It looks like the only issue is it keeps popping with a message that says "please login with administrator privileges and try again". Anyone know a way around this or how to fix it so I can play the game?

    i've found a crack file from web that's how i fixed it but my problem is, i found some maxis cool stuff's for sims 1 from web i do install the houses but not appears in game
