The Sims: Legacy Collection – Graphical Bug on Landscape in Maximus Family

In the official "Maximus" family by Maxis, there is a graphical bug - a gray void in various places. I guess it's a pool/landscape bug? It looks okay in Build mode but breaks again in Live mode, check out the video in the attachments named MAXIMUS
